We support the EU agri-food sector in creating renewable energy communities.

In the beginning of 2026 we will launch a call for applications for farmers, actors in the agrifood sector, and SMEs in the food retail or similar sectors to get one-on-one support to set up a renewable energy community.

About us

AGRICOM supports farmers, actors in the agrifood sector, and SMEs in the food retail or similar sectors in joining forces to produce, share, and use renewable energy. Through collaboration and innovation, we help reduce energy costs, strengthen resilience, and promote sustainable growth across Europe’s food value chain.

Our work

Active in Belgium, Croatia, Greece, Italy, and Spain, AGRICOM will facilitate the creation of 15 renewable energy communities by providing tailored technical and legal support to help them thrive beyond the project’s lifetime.
